Comparison Ads Mortgages Lead

The Comparison Ads team is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to help develop Comparison Ads, a product that represents a shift in our Adwords model with significant revenue potential. The person in role will need to work closely with a cross-functional team to create a great user experience and build the business.They will also need to play a critical role in understanding the needs of mortgage seekers and lenders, and helping to shape the direction for the product so we can quickly reach scale and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

Expand product coverage and lead capacity
Support ongoing compliance requirements
Serve as a domain expert for the financial services sector
Identify learnings that can scale across other verticals, geographies
Focus on growing overall traffic and query volume

Requirements

Applicant must hold a CA broker's license
At least 3 years of relevant experience in mortgages.
Scrappy and driven, proven track record of delivery.
Able to fit in well within an informal startup environment, work with remote teams and to provide hands-on management.
Knowledgeable across many functional areas - product, engineering, user experience, sales, customer support.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
