Description:
The process engineer will be responsible for the development, design, documentation and deployment and validation of a basic project tracking and time keeping system. System will enable department to track and bill out time and monitor staff capacity.
Technical Details: Excel: Strong to excellent knowledge. Database: Understanding of basic database principals  familiarity with Axcess, VBA and some basic SQL. Teamtrack, Clearquest
Knowledge of One time tracking/project management systems.

Required Qualifications:
 Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
 7 or more years of relevant experience managing projects and processes (preferably with 2-3 years within an interactive, advertising, marketing agency or professional services (consulting) environment)

Preferred Qualifications:
 PMP Certification or documented/demonstrated equivalent experience preferred.
 Knowledge of project management principles, methods and techniques.
 Strong understanding of financial concepts.
 Able to demonstrate experience with professional services processes and tools including workflow development, management, milestone management and quality assurance practices.
