Essential Functions:

o Conducts on-site program orientation and assessment.
o Interviews in-coming participants to ensure proper placement.
o Guides the development of individual educational and vocational planning for participants...
o Oversees all required placement testing.
o Monitors and maintains all program data and files on individual participants and completes all required forms.
o Works closely with worksite Teacher, Job Developer and HRA staff to place participants in appropriate worksites and to monitor progress
o May be assigned other tasks or duties reasonably related to their job responsibilities.

B.S./B.A. in Education

Skills and/or Experience Required:

o Two years experience in adult education preferred.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Excellent organizational skills
o Ability to work closely with participants, BEGIN staff and HRA staff.
o Familiarity with current career, vocational, self-assessment, inventory tools and activities.
