The ROCC Code of Ethics

1. Every ROCC member's goal is to deliver a satisfied client
2. No ROCC member shall leave a client prior to contract completion unless approved by the client
3. ROCC members will not commit property violations (Hardware, Software)
4. ROCC members will comply with ALL client Rules, Procedures, and Policies.
5. ROCC members must represent the ROCC in a clean, professional manner including adapting to the appropriate dress code for the client.
6. ROCC members must submit all paperwork including reporting of hours in a timely manner as designated by consultingdirect.com representative.
7. ROCC members will replace or correct defective work without expense.
8. ROCC members will not disclose any confidential client information.
9. ROCC members must be competent to perform the assignment accepted.
