  • Instant Position Notifications ROCC Members receive instant notification via e-mail regarding any position matching their skill set(s) and qualifications. This means FASTER service for our clients, because the response to these openings is immediate.
  • Referral Fees If a ROCC member refers another consultant to The ROCC and that person becomes a member, the ROCC member will be eligible for a referral bonus. This bonus is awarded upon the successful completion of the referred consultant’s first ROCC assignment.
  • Expedited reference checking Companies know that when a ROCC member bids on one of their openings, they have already been prescreened and reference-checked. This makes it easy to schedule interviews with confidence that they will meet a qualified and certified professional. Our clients will be able to spend less time verifying a candidate’s qualifications, because we have already done so. All information is available to the client upon request.

Obtaining A ROCC Membership

The process begins when a potential applicant logs on to ConsultingDirect and commences the application process. The online application contains the following:

  • A ‘Code of Ethics’ agreement.
  • General Information: The Applicant’s contact information and resume.
  • Primary Skills: The applicant’s preferences of job title and responsibilities (for profiling skill sets).
  • References: The applicant must provide three professional references – they must be Direct Supervisors, Reporting Managers or other client representatives in a Management position in order to qualify for membership. Personal references are not accepted.

Once the application has been submitted, ConsultingDirect’s Career Brokers are notified and the process continues:

  • A Membership Representative verifies that the ROCC Applicant has agreed to The ROCC Code of Ethics, and the thorough reference verification process begins.
  • A Membership Representative calls the ROCC Applicant’s three references to verify the applicant’s qualifications.
  • If all of the references are superb, the applicant is granted membership. (Please Note: Because we operate as a Membership Program, and not employment, we are permitted to screen candidates more thoroughly than most Agencies.)
  • While an Applicant’s membership is being processed, he/she will receive a temporary password, providing access to the system.
